Job information:

21-35 years old

Welcoming customers in the store, learning their needs, providing detailed and complete information about products

Helping customers to make the right choice according to demand

Communicate the conditions of the campaigns in force to the store staff in the correct form and ensure their implementation in the correct form

Provide buyers with detailed information on pricing and credit/installment transactions

Correctly design the order form during the sale and control its correct entry into the existing program

Overseeing the enforcement and maintenance of store standards and regulations

Promptly solving the problems that arose in the sale, immediately informing the manager about the problem that he could not solve

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Higher

Computer skills: Autocad, 3Ds Max, V-Ray (other 3d programs like Sketchcup, Blender, etc. are desirable), Photoshop, etc.;

Must know Solidworks programs at an excellent level, other computer skills are considered an added advantage;

Language skills: Azerbaijani language; knowledge of other languages is considered an added advantage;

Work experience: not less than 2-3 years of work experience in the field of furniture or construction production;

Analytical thinking ability;

Being punctual and communicative;

Resistance to stress, ability to work as a team and initiative;

Must be open to innovations and responsible.

Responsibilities:

3D modeling of furniture (upholstered and panel) for sale, rendering of the interior;

Preparation of sketch projects for furniture production in Autocad program;

Correctly recording the dimensions and presenting the sketch project to the furniture maker;

Compilation of 3D images of sketch projects based on models and samples selected by the customer;

Monitoring the execution from the first day of the contract with the client to the process of handing over the work.

Knowledge and skills:

Knowledge of modern style directions;

Knowing the technical requirements and regulations of furniture production;

Must be able to model soft furniture;

Ability to work with construction;

Ability to make optimal design decisions;

Ability to work with customers.

Ethics of business communication and rules of professional etiquette

1 C 8.2 and 8.3 MS Office programs

Ability to work with E-gov, E-taxes programs

National accounting standards

Job information:

Goods – material accounting, stock balance, monthly inventory

Accounting and amortization of fixed assets, low-value items

Bank, cash transactions

Presentation of reports on balance, profit and loss, money movements

To State Bodies – Tax Declarations (VAT, OMV Real Estate, Simplified, Profit,)

Submission of statistical reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

Conducting customs work, control of official documentation of products

Salary calculation

Fulfill tax and other legal obligations on time

Drawing up sales contracts and monitoring the fulfillment of legal obligations

Performing other tasks assigned by management

Documentation according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Work schedule: 6 days a week, 1 day off
